Ian P. Fallon

Biography

Ian Fallon is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office. He represents regional and national organizations in various types of commercial and transportation litigation matters. Ian has experience working to obtain favorable outcomes with individuals and businesses through all stages of litigation, including written and oral discovery, arbitration, trial, appeal, and other alternative dispute resolution.

Ian began his practice representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters involving personal injury and wrongful death across the country, gaining experience in numerous state and federal courts. Prior to joining Swanson, Martin, & Bell, LLP, Ian successfully defended individuals accused of negligence in general liability matters at a prominent national Am Law 100 civil litigation defense firm.

When he’s not at work, Ian enjoys reading, golfing, yoga and cycling. Ian volunteers with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, where he represents individuals in removal proceedings and petitions for individuals seeking residency, citizenship, and other temporary and permanent immigration status. He also volunteers with various nonprofit, civic, and community organizations in Rogers Park, where he resides.
