Biography
Emily is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office, where she focuses her practice on Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, Professional Liability, Intellectual Property Law and Transactional services, and Entertainment and Media Law. Emily has also handled proceedings within the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has prosecuted trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Emily has represented client entities of all sizes, from small businesses to multinational corporations, across a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Emily practiced at a boutique Intellectual Property firm, where she gained hands-on experience with both the transactional and litigation side of trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
