Biography
Marcie concentrates her practice on injury defense litigation, with an emphasis in toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, and medical negligence and healthcare. She also has an extensive history in trucking and transportation litigation, which includes catastrophic and fatality claims, property damage, contract/lease disputes, cargo claims, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act compliance. She has handled complex issue and multi-party litigation at the state, federal and appellate level.
