Becker Speaks on TikTok at Cardozo Law School
Partner Jeffrey S. Becker will be part of panel discussion tomorrow on "TikTok: The Clock's Ticking on the App That's Changing the Music Industry."The panel, hosted by Cardozo School of Law's Entertainment Law Society and its Fashion, Arts, Media and Entertainment Law Center, will cover how TikTok has transformed the music business and how partial American ownership could affect entertainment.
Becker will speak alongside music industry lawyers on both the artist and label sides, as well as copyright and privacy law professors to discuss the impacts of the popularization of TikTok on artist development, music licensing and copyright law.
