Seminar Addresses Commercial and Residential Landlord-Tenant Law

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner David S. Goles will present at the upcoming seminar, "Commercial & Residential Landlord-Tenant Law," in Schaumburg.  

Hosted by Sterling Education Services, the seminar covers the essential legal and practical aspects of commercial and residential landlord-tenant law. Goles and his fellow presenters will share their experience with the successful management of rental property and provide workable solutions to related problems. 

Goles, who practices in Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP's Libertyville office, handles a variety of legal matters including municipal and governmental regulation, land use and zoning, commercial litigation, corporate dissolution, breach of contract, construction defects, mechanics’ liens, landlord/tenant, UCC, replevin, bankruptcy, collections, creditors’ rights, and personal injury disputes. He is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes and Construction Litigation Practice Groups.
