Drumke to Participate in Trial Masters Panel at 2024 ABA TIPS Section Conference
Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Michael W. Drumke will serve as a panelist at the ninth annual American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Conference on May 2 in Hollywood, California.
“Trial Masters—Use Of Storytelling At Trial And Expecting The Unexpected” will bring together trial experts to discuss their years of experience with juries, judges, witnesses, and opposing counsel and provide insight into preparing for trial. Drumke and his fellow panelists will provide practical tips, drawing from their personal horror stories and greatest achievements.
The 4-day, in-person section conference will offer opportunities for learning, networking, and fun and feature presentations on the ethics of AI, trial and litigation skills, dispute resolution, insurance coverage, attorney health and wellness, conflicts in litigation, and more.
