Pardys, Goles Present at Seminar for Local Government Officials

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partners David F. Pardys and David S. Goles will speak at an upcoming seminar on "Laws Every Local Government Official Needs to Know" at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois.  

Pardys and Goles, who practice in the firm's Libertyville office, will address "FOIA & Gift Ban: Documents You Must Produce and Gifts You Must Refuse" as part of the Lake County Bar Association seminar.  

Pardys focuses his practice in municipal law as well as general corporate law and litigation. He serves as general counsel as well as special counsel for municipal corporations, representing municipalities in litigation ranging from civil rights disputes to zoning and land development issues.

Goles handles a variety of legal matters including municipal and governmental regulation, land use and zoning, commercial litigation, corporate dissolution, breach of contract, construction defects, mechanics’ liens, landlord/tenant, UCC, replevin, bankruptcy, collections, and creditors’ rights.
