Lateral Associate, Four New Attorneys Join Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP announces that a lateral associate and four newly sworn-in attorneys have joined the firm.

Lateral associate Jessica R. McMullen joins Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP from telecommunications company SAC Wireless, where she was part of the Legal and Regulatory team. She focuses her practice on Asbestos Litigation. Ms. McMullen received her J.D. in 2014 from Saint Louis University School of Law and her B.S. in 2009 from Purdue University.

Associate Jarrett A. Baughman focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes. He received his J.D. cum laude in 2016 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A. in 2013 from Northwestern University.

Associate Adam R. Foresman focuses his practice on Product Liability and Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes. He received his J.D. with distinction in 2016 from the University of Iowa College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 2013.

Associate Daniel R. Ritter focuses his practice on Product Liability, Toxic Tort Litigation, and Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes. He received his J.D. in 2016 from Washington University School of Law and his B.S. magna cum laude in 2012 from Truman State University.

Associate Joseph D. D. Sweeny focuses his practice on Product Liability, Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, and Entertainment Law. He received his J.D. in 2016 from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and his B.A. in 2013 from Michigan State University.

Ritter practices in Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP’s St. Louis office, while the other four practice in the firm’s Chicago office.
