Lateral Associates, Law School Graduates Join Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP welcomes four lateral associates and two recent law school graduates to the firm.

Mehwish Aslam
joins the St. Louis office to focus on Asbestos Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, Product Liability, and Medical Negligence and Healthcare. She received her J.D. in 2014 from New York Law School and her B.S. in 2009 from Xavier University of Louisiana. She was previously an associate at Galvano & Xanthakis in New York City.

Rhea J. Torman
joins the Chicago office to focus on Asbestos Litigation and Toxic Tort Litigation. She received her J.D. in 2015 from Valparaiso University Law School and her B.A. in 2012 from Augustana College. She was previously an associate at Sinars Rollins, LLC in Chicago.

Clement D. Warr, Jr. joins the St. Louis office to focus on Asbestos Litigation and Toxic Tort Litigation. Warr received his J.D. in 2013 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A. in 2008 from Truman State University. He was previously an associate at Pitzer Snodgrass in St. Louis.

David J. Welch joins the Chicago office to focus on Product Liability and General Trial Practice. Welch received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2016 from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.S. in 2010 from Fordham University. He previously served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney.

Rebecca Charles and Kathleen K. Sullivan, both recent law school graduates, join the Chicago office as associates. Charles received her J.D. in 2017 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, her M.P.H. in 2017 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her B.S.N. in 2012 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Sullivan received her J.D. in 2017 from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.A. in 2013 from Saint Louis University.
