Andrew has a diverse civil litigation practice. Most of his work involves representing defendants in injury and property loss litigation, with a focus on high exposure claims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Andrew also has trial and appellate experience in a variety of other areas of litigation including professional licensing matters and claims of breach of contract, fiduciary duties, breach of warranty, fraud/misrepresentation, legal malpractice and defamation. He has obtained favorable results for his clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit resolution and dispositive motion practice through trial and appeal.
Andrew has handled litigation matters in various jurisdictions throughout the country and most regularly practices in his home state of Indiana and Illinois.
