ARDC Investigations
Firm attorneys have represented attorneys and witnesses before the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) of the Supreme Court of Illinois. The ARDC’s mission is to promote the integrity of the legal profession, at the direction of the Supreme Court, through attorney registration, education, investigation, prosecution and remedial action.

Ethics Opinions
Fellow attorneys retain Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP to opine on the ethical considerations facing attorneys and law firms, including conflicts of interest, disqualification, unreasonable fees and billing issues, and the sale of a law firm practice to another attorney, among others.

Fee Disputes
