Maher Speaks at FETTI Conference

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partner Michael A. Maher presented to the National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI) last week in Chicago.

Maher and fellow presenter James P. Hogan of The ELAM Group discussed vapor intrusion claims, specifically sources of regulation and liability, common law property damage and when personal injury claims are related.

Each year FETTI convenes in Chicago for a seminar on environmental issues with nationally recognized speakers who offer informative and provocative programs on environmental and toxic tort issues.
